We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Site Admin & Payroll Officer to join the team at our manufacturing site in Launceston.Providing support across a range of areas, some of the key responsibilities of this role will be to:Coordinate payroll and administrative functions in a timely and confidential mannerAct as a key point of contact for site administration and day-to-day operational support (payroll queries, directing questions to the relevant stakeholders, etc.)Preparation and submission of claims under the Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES)Travel bookings requests for staff, wages employees & contractorsRaise purchase orders for PPE, safety equipment and other relevant raw materials for the siteMonthly site reporting, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations – uploading relevant data to the relevant system (SAP)Record and maintain site employee and contractor recordsGeneral site administration and compliance activities Discover your sustainable future….We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
