With exciting new projects secured and continued growth underway, we’re looking for skilled Machine Operators (plate and beam cutting machines) to join our Naval Base workshop. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision machinery and being part of a safety-focused team - this is your opportunity.

The Role

You’ll be operating plate and beam cutting machinery in a fast-paced workshop environment, contributing to major Australian projects.

Key responsibilities & experience include:

• Workshop based machine operation experience

• Experience with FICEP machinery (bandsaw, beamline, press & roller, profile cutter)

• Strong focus on safe equipment operation

• Knowledge or experience in steel fabrication (highly regarded)

• Excellent attention to detail and manual handling ability

• Clear verbal communication and a reliable, positive work ethic

• Overhead crane experience – desirable but not essential

• Dogman or riggers ticket – desirable but not essential

• Forklift ticket – desirable but not essential
