We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a hospitality refurbishment project on the Central Coast. This role is ideal for someone confident managing works in a live environment, with a strong focus on safety, sequencing and stakeholder communication.
About the Role
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on a hospitality refurbishment
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site programs
- Coordinate works around live trading conditions to minimise disruption
- Ensure WHS compliance, quality control and timely delivery
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants and internal teams
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, retail or live environment projects
- Strong refurbishment background (fit-out and/or refurb)
- Confident managing stakeholders in occupied buildings
- Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using construction softwares such as Hammertech, Procore, Aconex
