We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a hospitality refurbishment project on the Central Coast. This role is ideal for someone confident managing works in a live environment, with a strong focus on safety, sequencing and stakeholder communication.

About the Role

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations on a hospitality refurbishment
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site programs
  • Coordinate works around live trading conditions to minimise disruption
  • Ensure WHS compliance, quality control and timely delivery
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants and internal teams

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, retail or live environment projects
  • Strong refurbishment background (fit-out and/or refurb)
  • Confident managing stakeholders in occupied buildings
  • Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using construction softwares such as Hammertech, Procore, Aconex
