Bright Steps Academy Beresfield is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators holding a Certificate III or Diploma to join our supportive and welcoming team.

We are looking for educators who are committed to providing high-quality education and care, building strong relationships with children and families, and contributing positively to our centre culture.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF
• Create warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support children's learning, wellbeing, and development
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional team

About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
• A genuine passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current Working With Children Check
