Your new role

Due to an immediate need, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee Gold Coast-based residential projects. This is a key role within a builder that is widely respected by both subcontractors and peers across the region.

• End‑to‑end supervision of residential construction projects on the Gold Coast
• Coordinate and manage site trades, suppliers, and consultants
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and the company's high quality expectations
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence with clear leadership and decision‑making
• Uphold safety, compliance, and build quality standards
• Act as a trusted representative of the brand with clients and subcontractors

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Supervisor (or highly experienced Supervisor) within residential construction
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead site teams effectively
• Well‑established local subcontractor relationships on the Gold Coast
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium finished product
• Organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused
• Valid QBCC licence (or ability to obtain) and current driver's licence
