London Loans are seeking an experienced and business-minded Store Manager to join on a full-time basis at our Nothern Gold Coast location, overseeing operations. Future ownership could be considered.

Prior Jewellery experience is non-essential, but we will value your strong business skills!

Duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base

• Process sales, purchasing, and loans of gold jewellery

• Lead and mentor our sales team, setting goals and providing guidance for success

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors

• Assist with marketing to enhance our brand’s visibility and customer engagement

• Monitor performance and continuously improve processes to optimise profitability

• Collaborate with the owner to align business goals with company vision

Experience & attributes:

• Minimum of 5 years' prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field or 5 years’ management experience

• Strong leadership qualities and ability to drive performance improvements

• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships

• Keen organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Integrity, professionalism, and a drive for continuous growth

• Current Australian working rights and permanent residence
