About the role

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to welcome and make our park at Serpentine Falls a special place for our guests. 

You will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services, ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.

You must be able to deliver a consistently high level of customer service, at all times, displaying a friendly, helpful manner, in order to maximize customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relations which may lead to repeat business.

You must have experience (or the ability to quickly master) in booking systems - New Book would be advantageous. 

The successful applicant will have flexibility to work shifts across weekdays and weekends and availability during peak holiday times.
