About the Roles

Sales Assistant Role:

This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in real estate. Working closely with experienced Sales Agents, you will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of residential sales while providing essential support to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Sales Agents with listings and campaigns

• Preparing marketing material and coordinating advertising

• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and contractors

• Database management and client follow-up

• Assisting at open homes and auctions

• General administration and office support

Sales Agent Role:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for an emerging agent looking to build their career, as well as experienced professionals, who are passionate about property and committed to delivering outstanding service in a results-driven environment.

Experience in real estate will be highly regarded, but is not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing client relationships, including proactive prospecting activities

• Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations

• Managing buyer enquiries and supporting negotiations

• Conducting open homes and assisting at auctions

• Providing professional service to vendors and buyers

• Working towards individual and team performance goals with ongoing training and mentoring

About You:

Suitability to either of these roles requires:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Strong customer service focus

• A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
