About the role:

Carinity – Our House have an exciting
opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Coordinator Client
Services to join the team. Support the Client Services Coordinator
in managing participants and support workers across Toogoolawah and
the wider Somerset Region. In this role, contribute to the delivery
of disability services including short-term accommodation, day
programs, community access, and in-home supports.

This is a full-time position for a fixed-term, concluding
24th June 2026 with possibility of permanency. This role
requires availability Monday to Friday with participation in an
on-call roster.

What do I need for the role?

  • Certificate IV Community Services or similar discipline or
    current Certificate III in Individual Support and willingness
    to obtain higher qualification.
  • Ability to plan, lead, organise, and develop a disability
    service that responds flexibly to the needs of individuals and
    their families
  • Proficient in workforce rostering and schedule
    coordination
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff to
    ensure quality service, equity, team spirit, program
    development, and effective management of resources
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s Licence
  • Hold a current Suitability for Working with Children card
    (Blue Card)
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
