We are excited to welcome passionate Teachers into the Carinity
Schools family. In this role, you will create engaging and
innovative learning experiences, nurture meaningful relationships
with students and support them to reach their personal and academic
goals. As an active member of our campus community, you will lead
by example each day, bringing care, positivity and encouragement to
everything you do.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences,
    planned lessons, and effective classroom management.
  • Build strong relationships and provide student support,
    demonstrating positive role modelling, guiding behaviour, and
    supporting wellbeing.
  • Manage student behaviour effectively, using proactive
    strategies in classrooms and during supervision to maintain
    safety and positive engagement.

About you:

You are passionate about supporting youth and their families.
You bring empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability
to collaborate with students, staff, and external professionals.
You are organised, adaptable, and proactive in fostering a safe,
supportive, and values-driven school environment.

  • Current QLD Teacher Registration
  • Ability to build rapport with and support Aboriginal and/or
    Torres Strait Islander learners
  • Current Blue Card
  • Experience and/or knowledge in trauma informed practices in
    an educational setting or willingness to learn
