We are seeking a motivated and reliable Engineering Apprentice (Certificate III) to join our team in Ballan, Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or continue a career in the engineering and manufacturing industry while gaining nationally recognised qualifications.

As an apprentice, you will receive hands-on training combined with formal study, working alongside experienced tradespeople in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

About the Role:

• Undertake a Certificate III in Engineering while working full-time
• Learn and develop skills in engineering and manufacturing practices
• Assist with fabrication, machining, assembly, and general workshop duties
• Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications
• Operate tools and machinery under supervision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

About You:

• Genuine interest in engineering and mechanical trades
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship

• Living in Australia with an easy reach to Ballan Victoria
• Must be eligible to undertake a Certificate III Apprenticeship
