We are potentially looking for a part time or full time in administration and customer service, with our business hours being Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

Qualifications & experience

  • Office administration experience preferred, but not essential. willing to train the right person

  • Australian work rights are required for this position.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Customer Service role including greeting customers, answering the phone and responding to emails and online enquiries. Following our Key to Key process ensuring a high level of customer service, liaise between insurance companies, customers and suppliers, Work independently and as part of a team.
