The Pastoral Pork Company is a leading Outdoor Bred Pork Producer supplying premium branded products under the Otway Pork label. We are situated West of Melbourne, with farms located between Geelong and the South Australian border.

Due to growth, we are currently looking for several farm hands to join our farms in the Winchelsea and Barwonleigh area just outside of Geelong. The successful candidate will need to have a positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn farming skills and work productively in a team.

Please note we do not have accommodation for overseas people

As a farm hand you will be provided with hands on training and development while working with others to achieve a cohesive work environment.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have a strong commitment to safety, animal welfare and environment procedures

• Be consistently punctual and reliable

• Be able to work flexible hours

• Be available for varying start times, weekend work, and overtime as needed

• Current drivers licence

• Hold an Australian driver's licence - provisional is accepted

• Demonstrate flexibility to take on a range of tasks across the farm.
