As our embroidery department continues to grow, we’re looking for detail-oriented Production Assistants to join our team.

The Role:

We currently have both full time and casual opportunities available in our embroidery production team at the Leeton site. Whether you're experienced in operating embroidery machines or not at all, or just simply looking for a hands-on casual support role, we want to hear from you.

Embroidery Machine Operator Role – Full-Time

This role involves operating multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality decorated garments. You'll be responsible for setting up the machine, framing the garments ready for embroidery, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate embroidery machines
• Thread machines, load garments, and monitor runs
• Perform basic maintenance (e.g. bobbin/thread changes)
• Inspect garments for quality and placement accuracy
• Support folding/finishing when required

Preferred Experience:

• Prior embroidery or production experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and commitment to consistent output
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Production Assistant - Casual

We are also needing casual assistance for the production area as well, this position is helping in the area of folding/finishing stage. It requires to have the garments folded and QA checked after they come from the embroidery/print machines and have them ready for the packing team to ship off to the client.
