Our Hepburn Pavilion Cafe is conveniently located within the surroundings of the bathhouse and spa to entice our guests with a delicious range of products and even more amazing coffee !
The Role
Front of House Supervisor Full-time or Part-time Hepburn Pavilion Café is part of the iconic Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, one of Australia’s most loved wellness destinations. We’re a busy, welcoming café serving locals and visitors in a beautiful natural setting — and we’re growing our team.
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Supervisor to help lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating front of house staff
- Delivering warm, professional customer service
- Managing daily operations and service flow
- Handling cash, POS and end-of-day procedures
- Training and supporting staff
- Assist with rostering
You will have:
- Previous hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A calm and positive approach under pressure
- Availability across weekdays and weekends

Essentials:
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR
- Current Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Food Handling Certificate
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
