About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals. Your work will help clients maintain independence, dignity and connection to their community.

We are looking for Support Workers to join us and work with a client located in Caldermeade, with availability to work on Wednesday and Thursday.

Duties Include

• Personal care and daily living assistance (showering, dressing and toileting)
• Domestic assistance (cleaning, meal prep, shopping)
• Community access and transport to appointments or social activities
• Medication prompts and companionship
• Reporting and documentation

About You 
You are caring, dependable and committed to empowering others.

• Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent experience
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion
• International Police Check certificate (or willingness to obtain) if you have lived overseas for more than 12 months within the last 10 years
• Proof of work entitlement (if applicable)
• Provide minimum two professional employment references
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and evenings
