RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an experienced vehicle sales manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all the daily duties and responsibilities of a sales department for efficiency, sales performance and high levels of customer service.

  • Minimum 2-3 people team management experience required.

  • Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new customers through appropriate product offers, ethical sales techniques and professionalism, whilst maximising quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction

  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships

  • Ensure the engagement and follow up of all department sales enquiries and appointments using appropriate process

  • Use and maintain customer and prospect contact data within available tools and systems to facilitate customer retention and source referral business

  • Be team player and assume a leadership role within a dynamic sales environment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A superior understanding of sales management, sales processes and strategic execution

  • Automotive/vehicle sales experience is essential.

  • The drive to succeed

  • The ability to use critical thinking in leadership role

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Pentana DMS

  • Immaculate and professional presentation

  • Open Queensland manual driver's licence essential

Minimum 1-2 years of vehicle sales management experience required.
