Our nationwide luxury salon brand is seeking a Salon Manager to lead and inspire our Gold Coast team.

We’re looking for someone who not only lives and breathes all things luxury but also brings elite hairdressing skills and proven leadership experience. You’ll play a vital role in shaping team success, driving performance, and contributing to the artistry behind the chair.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading by example with your technical expertise and luxury service delivery

• Coaching and developing your team through fortnightly 1:1s and daily mentorship

• Driving performance through smart sales reviews and solution-focused leadership

• On the floor hairdressing so that you can still be creative and impact people's lives with amazing hair

• No need to worry if you don't have extension experience, we can train you!

• Recruiting, training, and nurturing stylists to reach their potential

• Managing smooth day-to-day operations – from inventory to HR matters

• Representing your salon at manager meetings, celebrating wins, and addressing challenges head-on

What we’re looking for

• A fully qualified hairdresser (minimum 5 years’ experience)

• A positive and kind leader with integrity and a desire to foster a wonderful salon culture

• Previous Salon Manager experience with strong leadership ability

• A natural organiser with excellent time management and accountability

• Confident in achieving and exceeding budgets and targets
