FULL-TIME BARTENDER – WHARF ONE FOOD & WINE & bellaBAR

Wharf One Food & Wine and bellaBAR are located in Darwin’s premier dining and entertainment precinct, overlooking the stunning Darwin Harbour and Lagoon at the Darwin Waterfront. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team across multiple outlets.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Bartender, you will:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude

  • Assist in maintaining bar stock levels and cleanliness

  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience

  • Support restaurant and function operations as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending or hospitality experience (required)

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

  • Current NT RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

What We Offer

  • Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on Restaurant Industry Award 2025 Standards)

  • Salary based on a minimum of 38 hours per week. Holiday and personal leave accrued pro-rata, with salary determined by the level of experience.
