SJM Property Developments is an award-winning builder providing a diverse range of residential & commercial property developments in the Kingborough, Huon & Greater Hobart regions. 

We are currently searching for a motivated and experienced carpenter to join our team. If you are suitably qualified for the role, then we would like to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• Trade qualified

• Comprehensive understanding of onsite WHS policies and procedures

• Competent at reading and interpreting plans

• Experience in supervising sub-contractors and trades

• Willing to supervise and mentor apprentice carpenters

• Excellent workmanship, communication skills and attention to detail

• Team player 

• Valid White Card

• Current Drivers License
