Position Overview

We are seeking a casual driver, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. The role involves pick-up and delivery of laundry throughout Geelong, the coastal regions, and Melbourne metropolitan areas.

Key Responsibilities

·         Pick up and deliver laundry across designated regions

·         Communicate effectively with the dispatch department

·         Utilize Proof of Delivery (POD) technology

·         Conduct prestart vehicle checks and promptly report maintenance issues

·         Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle

·         Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures

·         Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

·         Be available to work overtime and weekends as required

Requirements

·         Valid MR (manual) license with at least 2 years of driving experience

·         Experience using POD applications

·         A minimum of 2 years’ experience with multi-drop deliveries

·         Current police check and Working With Children's Check

·         Ability to provide a VicRoads driving report

·         Completion of a pre-employment medical check
