Role Description The Barista Allrounder will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the café. This role involves assisting with food preparation, taking orders, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience. It is a full-time, on-site role based in Margaret River, WA.
Qualifications Experience in coffee preparation, latte art, and operating espresso machinesExcellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphereStrong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSkills in basic food preparation and understanding of health and safety standardsPrevious experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferredWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required
