About the role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Perth Double Glazing in Rockingham, WA. In this full-time role, you will provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office. Your key responsibilities will include preparing quotes using window estimating software, preparing documents required by the factory/installers, scheduling sales and installer visits, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for installers

• Preparing quotes using our window estimating software

• Responding to sales enquiries

• Attend to walk-in customers

• Assist with the processing of invoices/receipts

• Assist with the administrative process to progress a quote all the way to installation

• Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the glazing or construction industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
