We’re seeking an experienced Senior Planner and/or an experienced Planner ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to some of Australia’s most exciting and complex projects. You’ll work in a specialised project environment where the work is impactful, long-term, and technically challenging.

About the role
In this Senior Planner position, you will support major program delivery through accurate scheduling, forecasting, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects remain on track and key milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and integrate project schedules using Primavera P6
• Provide schedule analysis and performance insights
• Support project forecasting and reporting activities
• Collaborate with engineering, project controls, and delivery teams
• Contribute to the successful delivery of large, complex projects

About you

You may already be working as a Senior Planner, or you may be an experienced Planner with 7+ years’ experience looking for your next step up. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to support decision-making on major projects. Experience in infrastructure, energy, resources, or commercial project sectors is a plus. Proficient with Primavera P6 is essential.
