Office All-Rounder / Retail Assistant (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office All-Rounder / Retail Assistant to support the daily administration of our small but busy office and retail shop. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and working as part of a close-knit team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

Responding promptly and professionally to email enquiries

Booking and scheduling quotes and jobs

Processing client invoices and maintaining accurate records

Providing retail assistance in-store

General administrative support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Accurate typing and data entry abilities

Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

The ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

A sound understanding of computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, Xero, and database software

Availability
This is a full-time role, and availability is required during our busy summer period from November to April, with leave to be taken during winter. Saturdays are on a rotation basis of one Saturday every three weeks.
