The Production Crew produces the highest quality pre-cast concrete products - it's fast-paced, physical work. You'll be operating machines, fitting and removing moulds and putting the finishing touches to products.

The forklift team are highly skilled and manage the finished products and load trucks for delivery. The work requires skills, judgement and a delicate touch. If you have worked with 'ugly' freight, long lengths or difficult product such as steel, timber or even boatyards, you'll be well qualified for this role.

Our teams work together and we cross-skill our people, so that no two days are the same.

Accuracy and teamwork matter here - our customers rely on us, and we never let them down.

Is this you?
Whilst you don’t need experience in precast concrete to succeed here, you will be used to working in a fast paced environment and enjoy physical work with the satisfaction of seeing the fruits of your labour at the end of each shift.

If you’re physically capable, hands-on, and ready to learn, we’ll give you the training and support you need.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have recent experience in physically active roles

• Have a forklift licence (for forklift roles)

• Have a reliable work history

• Enjoy physical work and staying fit

• Have good hand skills and attention to detail

• Show up with energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic
