Bright Steps Academy Murray Bridge is a well-established, community-focused childcare centre, and we're seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate early childhood professional to support an established centre, mentor educators, strengthen family relationships, and work alongside the Centre Director to deliver high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director with daily operations and team leadership
• Assist with enrolments, compliance, and reporting
• Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality, play-based programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community

About You

• Experience in a leadership or senior educator role within Early Childhood Education
• ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
• A genuine passion for inspiring teams and supporting children and families
• Collaborative, professional, and people-focused approach
