Velocity Solar is a well-established and growing solar company based in Geelong. We are seeking a highly capable Maintenance Advisor & Scheduler to support our maintenance division and manage complex scheduling across multiple installation crews.

This is a high responsibility, fasted past role. You will need to think ahead, make practical decisions, and problem solve on the fly. If you take pride in your work, care about helping customers, and can manage multiple priorities at once, this is the role for you.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for maintenance enquiries and will coordinate scheduling for four or more installation crews. This is a role that requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to keep many moving parts on track simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling phone and email enquiries for maintenance issues and faults

  • Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions over the phone

  • Preparing accurate quotes for maintenance and service works

  • Managing and coordinating scheduling for multiple crews, balancing priorities, skill sets, and urgency

  • Forward planning jobs while responding to urgent issues and schedule changes

  • Maintaining clear records, notes, and schedules

  • Following up to ensure jobs are completed and issues resolved

You will need to think several steps ahead and take ownership of your work, this is more than just filling calendar slots.
