We are a Not-for-Profit Primary Healthcare Service Provider delivering integrated, multidisciplinary care across General Practice, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Diabetes Education, Aboriginal Health, and Pathology Collection. Many of these services are also delivered through outreach programs to remote communities.

About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to work across our Northam site. This is a weekday position, with hours of work from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 4.30 pm.

Essential Selection Criteria
Registered Nurse with unconditional AHPRA registration
Strong work ethic with a commitment to high professional standards and ethical practice
Demonstrated understanding of chronic disease management, health assessments, care plans, and team care arrangements
High-level communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) (desirable but not essential)
High level of computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software systems; experience with Best Practice software is desirable but not essential
Current knowledge of vaccinations and a National Immunisation Program (NIP) certificate
Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, WA Driver’s Licence, and evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination
