The Role

After experiencing significant floods in early 2025 we are now ready to expand our team to deliver in the ongoing restoration and maintenance of our infrastructure for our community.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Town and Rural team in a full time role. This role has a strong focus on water supply operations, parks and gardens and additional responsibility for acting as an Airport Reporting Officer (ARO) to support the safe operation of Council’s aerodrome.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys diversity and autonomy in their tasks daily activities.

About You

You will come strong sense of pride in maintaining critical assets for the community and a can-do attitude and a commitment to WHS standards.

You will possess the following as a minimum:

• Certificate III in Water Operations, or willingness to obtain
• Airport Reporting Officer (ARO) training, or willingness to obtain
• White Card
• Current C Drivers licence
