The Role

After experiencing significant floods in early 2025 we are now ready to expand our team to deliver in the ongoing restoration and maintenance of our infrastructure for our community.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Operational Works team to help us deliver in the detection and rectification of faults and defects. In this role you will be responsible for operating a grader to ensure you achieve a precise final trim across a range of road construction and maintenance projects. You will assist in ensuring compliance with WHS obligations, council procedures and work collaboratively within a small team to meet project deadlines.

About You

You will come with demonstrated experience in operating a final trim grader in civil construction and or local government. You will possess a can-do attitude and a commitment to WHS standards.

You will possess the following as a minimum:

• White Card HC
• Drivers licence
• Statement of Attainment in Civil Construction Grader Operations
• Traffic Management
• Experience in final trim grading
