Customer Service Representative Details Start: 16th February 2026

Contract Length: 6 months Pay Rate : $37.39 per hour + Super . Location : Gosford NSW

Hours : 35 hours per week on a 7 am - 7 pm rotating roster (Monday to Friday) . Join a dynamic contact centre environment where you will undergo on-site training t o set you up for success . This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering a positive customer experience .

Key Responsibilities Customer Support : Respond to multifaceted enquiries and complaints on a wide range of matters via various interaction channels . Information Management : Provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice while updating and maintaining records in internal databases .

Problem Solving : Resolve complex customer issues and escalated enquiries to ensure effective outcomes . Continuous Improvement : Contribute new ideas to improve work process efficiency . Skills & Experience Required

Experience : 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, retail, or admin) . Previous government experience is preferred . Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong email etiquette .

Technical Proficiency : Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Teams), and the ability to pick up new systems quickly . Resilience : Ability to remain professional when handling challenging customer behaviours in a high-volume environment . Apply
