Join GM Physiotherapy as a Contractor – Flexible, Meaningful Work for Experienced Physios

Due to high demand, we’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist (2 years +) to join GM Physiotherapy on a contractor basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior physiotherapist seeking flexible, fulfilling work - ideal for those wanting to supplement existing hours or gradually scale up their caseload in a supportive environment. Whether you're looking for part-time work or looking to scale up to a full-time, flexible caseload, you can grow with us.

What We Offer:

• Excellent Remuneration: You’ll receive 70% of billings - equating to approximately $90-130 per session.

• Rewarding Growth: Every 6 months, your percentage share may increase by 2%, in recognition of your commitment and impact (up to 80%).

• True Flexibility: Manage your own caseload and schedule, with no pressure to work set days or hours.

• Our Commitment: We take care of admin, marketing, billing and referrals, allowing you to focus on what you do best - providing gold-standard, client-focused care.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality, mobile physiotherapy services to clients in their homes or residential aged care facilities across the Gold Coast.

• Work autonomously, tailoring sessions to your clients’ goals, environment, and progress.

• Build genuine therapeutic relationships, without the pressure of rushed appointments.

• Utilise a variety of modalities including manual therapy, activity-based therapy, and functional rehabilitation.

About You:

• You’re a confident, compassionate physiotherapist with at least 2 years’ experience (aged care or community experience ideal but not essential).

• You thrive on working independently and enjoy spending meaningful time with each client.

• You’re genuinely passionate about helping people regain independence and quality of life.

• You value flexibility, clinical excellence, and human connection over high-volume throughput.
