About The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join TCWA on a fixed term, full-time basis at our busy Bunbury dealership.

You will be responsible for acting as the primary contact (both face-to-face and over the phone) between TCWA and our customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the service counter to the workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service.

The Successful Applicant

To Be Considered For This Position, You Will Have Worked In a Similar Capacity With Proven Experience In Providing Exceptional Customer Service. In Addition To Your Experience, You Will Possess The Following

Mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and service requirementsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a teamExcellent time management, organisational and follow-up skillsStrong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholdersThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Take ownership of your role and follow through until completion Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to software programs
