Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor for our Bunbury store to support the store manager in overseeing daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will help lead the sales team, assist with operational tasks and ensure a positive shopping environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day retail operations across the store, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Lead, support and coach retail team members to achieve performance targets.
• Assist with stock movement, merchandising and visual presentation of products.
• Provide expert product knowledge, respond to customer enquiries, and assist with product selection.
• Manage sales transactions, reconcile tills and maintain store security.
• Support store manager with rostering, reporting, and daily operational tasks.
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising standards are upheld at all times.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a retail environment, with some supervisory or team-lead responsibilities preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist diverse customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
