Candidate must have:

· 2-3 years of previous experience as a chef.

· Be able to work within a team to continue to meet the high standards expected excellent communicate

· Relevant qualification of industry skills or proven experience

· Strong management and planning skills

· Attention to detail

· Passion for food and producing high quality dishes

· Driven to achieve high standard and efficient service

The position is required to undertake the following duties:

· Prepare, cook and present food as per recipes quickly and efficiently to a high standard;

· Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times to health and safety regulations;

· Coordinating with a team under pressure

· Ordering, receiving, rota ng & controlling stock

· Ensuring WHS and OH&S is adhered to and maintained

· Communicating with the head chef with regard to menu planning
