Senior Site Supervisor / Operations Lead

Our advanced automated wash technology is trusted by some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, combining gentle yet highly effective materials with outstanding engineering and innovative programming to deliver a superior customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior professional to join our team in a leadership capacity, working approximately 35 to 40 hours per week, including rotational Saturdays and Sundays. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term employment who is ready to take ownership of site operations and continue to grow with the business.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site, customer experience, and team and equipment oversight. You will act as the on-site leader, setting standards, solving problems, and ensuring the smooth and professional running of the carwash and reporting directly to the owner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily site operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation

• Provide a premium customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with automated wash program selection

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot carwash equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Take ownership of site presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness

• Act as a point of escalation for customer or operational issues

• Support and guide team members, modelling professionalism and accountability

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role (operations, retail, hospitality, or similar)

• Strong customer service skills with a confident and professional communication style

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for outcomes

• Reliable, well-presented, and highly self-motivated

• Current driver’s licence

• Experience with equipment monitoring, facilities, or operational carwash systems is highly regarded
