Now, we’re looking for a Accounts Officer to join our dynamic HQ in Mulgrave and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly. If you’re passionate about precision, process, and progress — we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

Reporting to our Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of key daily financial tasks — from invoicing and account reconciliation to contract review and system improvement. You’ll help maintain accuracy across our financial records and ensure every dollar and document aligns.

This is a full-time position.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Reviewing contracts and confirming billing/payment terms

• Raising, processing, and sending invoices daily

• Monitoring overdue accounts and sending professional follow-ups

• Matching delivery dockets with bills to ensure accuracy

• Managing the accounts inbox and resolving queries efficiently

• Supporting other departments with financial documentation

• Keeping all records audit-ready and up-to-date

• Recommending improvements for faster, smarter finance processes

Who You Are:

• Meticulously organised with incredible attention to detail

• Experienced with finance systems (Zoho/Xero preferred) and invoicing workflows

• A proactive communicator who enjoys cross-team collaboration

• Capable of managing competing priorities with confidence

• Always thinking about how to do things better, not just faster

• Comfortable in a “no-ego, team-first” culture

• Familiar with financial compliance and what auditors expect
