We are a long established International industrial and engineering company known for its quality products around the world. We are currently seeking a highly organised personal assistant to support the director and coordinate our office administration here in the Illawarra.
The main duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

Oversee and Assist with a range of internal sales functions of the business.Â

Support our sales teams, answer the office phone calls and greet clients from time to time.Â

Work with logistics companies and ensure the efficient passage of goods through our international and domestic shipping lines.

Oversee and handle companies imports and inventory management.

Diary Management & organising meetings with clients, travel of key personal within the business.

Compile material for meetings/presentationsÂ

Organising staff functions and team incentives.

Assist company with their CRM and sales records.

Be able to process all work on company SAP systems.

Undertake a wide range of office tasks.Â
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
-
Previous experience as an office Manager
-
SAP experience preferred but not essential.

Experience in a varied position working for a small to medium sized company.

Diary Management & organising meetings with clients and organizing travel.

Possess excellent computer skills across the range of MS Office products.

High attention to detail.Â

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
All product and company training will be provided in person and online with the company’s in-house training programs. You will have your own well-spaced work area in a modern office.
Salary package will be on the higher end of industry average and will be dependent on the experience and quality of the applicant.
