About the Role
The P&C Administrator will provide end-to-end human resources administration, supporting leaders and staff across recruitment, onboarding, policy management, HRIS data entry, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities. The role plays a vital part in fostering a positive organisational culture while ensuring compliance with people and culture policies, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HR records, systems and organisational charts.
- Provide administrative and project support for P&C programs.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job ads, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and contracts.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare HR-related reports.
- Administer policies, annual performance reviews, and remuneration processes.
- Provide support for staff queries relating to policies, entitlements, and enterprise agreement matters.
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and codes of conduct.
About You
- HR qualification (or working towards) and proven experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work sensitively and effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS systems, report generation, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory: Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
