We are seeking a Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ashmore.
As the Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service with a customer centred approach. You will be required to actively build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to build sales and growth in your region.
A National Police Check , Covid-19 vaccination, NDIS Clearance Check, and unrestricted Drivers Licence are required for this position.Â
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders

Build and maintain effective relationships with a network of key stakeholders

Provide accurate quotations for accessibility solutions for clients living with a disability and the aged
-
Collaborate with service providers and Occupational Therapists to conduct on-site assessments and recommend appropriate modifications
-
Generate new sales and develop actionable sales plans and strategies
-
Resolves customer complaints and recommend improvements in current services

Assist with processing service orders

Assist the admin team to ensure timely communication.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts

Unrestricted drivers licence

Adhere to Australian Road Rules

Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Maintain a current & satisfactory National Police Check

Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19.
