About Us:
VanHomes is Australia’s leader in relocatable and expandable homes—innovative living solutions designed to grow with families. Since 2008, we’ve been proudly Australian made, building smarter and more flexible homes from our Berkeley Vale facility, where a close-knit team of over 150 people work side by side.
To support our employees and their families, VanHomes operates an in-house childcare centre exclusively for our team. This service is designed to provide a calm, nurturing, and high-quality early learning environment—not a high-volume commercial centre.
With small daily group sizes (around six children) and predictable hours, educators are supported to focus on what matters most: building meaningful relationships, delivering quality care, and creating a warm, engaging learning environment. You’ll be part of a supportive workplace where your professional judgement is respected, your ideas are valued, and work-life balance is genuinely prioritised.
If you’re an educator looking for stability, connection, and the opportunity to make a real difference in a close community setting, we’d love to hear from you.
