About the Role
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a critical executional and operational role within the Partnerships team, supporting the delivery of a high-quality partner experience at scale.
Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Lead, this role works closely with the broader Partnerships team, supporting the day-to-day coordination of gifting, partner communications, and assisting campaign delivery. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the velocity, efficiency and quality of our partnerships output, enabling the team to scale while ensuring a premium brand experience.
By bringing strong discretionary decision-making, problem-solving capability and a deep understanding of our ideal partner, this role directly influences brand awareness efficiencies, while also supporting performance across broader brand and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support gifting campaigns at scale - reviewing inbound gifting requests across all partnership levels, for both new and existing partners, ready for execution.
Curate gifting selections aligned to influencer profiles and their style (inclusive of influencer event outfits)
Support gifting critical path by tracking product delivery timelines and proactively communicating to wider Partnerships team
Support reporting for gifting campaign performance
Manage inbound partnership enquiries and gifting requests - vetting and responding to new and existing partners gifting requests based on ideal partner criteria
Use macros and craft semi-personalised responses aligned to CSB tone of voice
Support scouting and approval of partner outreach lists based on set targets and partner criteria
Support outreach to approved partner lists for gifting, event invitations, and Affiliate program onboarding
Maintain a premium, timely and consistent partner experience
Troubleshoot and respond to partner issues including but not limited to shipping delays, exchanges, OOS requests and platform issues
Act as first point of resolution for BAU gifting challenges
Apply sound judgement to resolve issues independently
Support copywriting for gifting campaign briefs, email and DM macros, and landing page content
Update contracted partner landing pages with refreshed products and collections
Organise and manage brand-approved content received from contracted partners
Maintain influencer content within campaign folders for cross-functional repurposing
Community management related to partnerships (story mentions and tags)
Maintain strong partner relationships through active engagement
About You
Proven experience executing gifting or influencer campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, on-brand partner communications
Confident managing inbound partnership enquiries and partner relationships at scale
Sound judgement when scouting, assessing and approving aligned influencer partners
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns, partners and priorities
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently resolve issues
Partner-first, customer service–led mindset with a focus on quality experience
Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
Strong interest in influencer marketing, fashion, styling and social trends
Commercially aware and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Experience, Education & Skills
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Fashion or a related field (preferred but not essential)
2+ years’ experience in PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, social media or a similar role (preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors)
Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems, gifting models and affiliate programs
Experience working with creator databases, CRM tools or influencer platforms
Confidence working across email, social platforms and internal tools
