Why This Role Matters A unique opportunity exists for a full time Marketing Executive to join our exciting Centre Management team. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing marketing skills and grow within a successful company.What You’ll be DoingDevelop, implement and evaluate the success of short and long term marketing campaigns including research, advertising and public relations (i.e. Seasonal campaigns, School Holidays etc.)Provide creative and innovative flair for implementing and adding value to promotional campaigns to achieve greater results for all stakeholdersOversee the digital and social strategy for the centreOperate within stringent budgetary guidelines and company policies to manage the marketing income and expenditure in line with annual targetsWork as part of a management team, inspire others and maximise output from your teamDevelop strong relationships with retailers to ensure all opportunities are exploredDevelop and deliver a strategic community relations program that will build strong and sustainable relationshipsCollect, interpret and report on competitive and economic factors regarding the centre's trading positionAssist in the delivery of monthly sales and campaign reports
What You’ll BringIdeally 2-3 years prior marketing experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar is preferredTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public RelationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailExperience using Canva and Mailchimp is desirableAbility to think strategically to add value and innovation
