Successful company requires a  bookkeeper Full Time Monday -Friday 9am-5pm based in South Windsor. The successful person must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail. You must have a friendly and approachable manner in addressing queries.Â
Job tasks and responsibilities but not limited to:Â
Data entry and coding of bank feeds in MYOBÂ
BAS lodgements/SuperannuationÂ
Bank reconciliations
Complete accounts payable functions and receivables
Invoicing to clients ensuring correct supporting documents are included
Run reports as required
Assist with general office admin as needed
Provide assistance as needed to the Management Team
Skills and experience
Previous bookkeeping experience in MYOB is essential with other requirements of:
Computer literate (email, excel and MYOB essential)
Attention to detail
Assist management with tasks
Friendly & proactive attitude to help ensure the business runs smoothly
