The Opportunity

PWR is growing at a rapid pace and we’re expanding our team! We’re looking for highly experienced, 3 and 5 AXIS Machinists (or 3 + 2) for manufacturing of CNC machined parts. Full time hours, afternoon and

Your Skills and Experience 

• Experience using Mazak Variaxis and HAAS CNC Milling Machines would be very highly regarded. Alternatively, you will have strong experience using similar machining cells. 

• Experience using 3 and 5 AXIS Machines (or 3 + 2)

• Good understanding of tooling selection and procedures.

• Verification and accuracy of component, recording results, reporting any issues.

• Assist and support colleagues in other production specific tasks when help is needed.

• Time served machinist or equivalent recognised apprenticeship/experience.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications and condition of supply.

• High level of detail orientation.

• Good longevity in previous roles.

• Excellent communication skills - be able to work well alongside others.
