Warehouse Staff / Retail support – Full Time

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and organised team member to join our growing business. We have been operating successfully for nearly 10 years and continue to expand, we are looking for someone committed long-term who wants to grow with us.

This role is hands-on and varied. You will be working closely with the business owner and will play an important part in daily operations.

About the Role

    •    Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 38 hours

    •    Occasional overtime and Saturday work (flexibility required)

    •    Two-week trial followed by a three-month probation

    •    Flexible start date available

Key Responsibilities

    •    Receiving and processing stock twice weekly

    •    Operating a walk behind forklift and pallet jack

    •    Organising and preparing stock for the shop floor

    •    Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised workspace

    •    Managing a constant flow of varied products

    •    Working mostly independently and managing your time effectively

    •    Assisting with staff organisation when required

    •    Occasional retail support (e.g. lunch cover in the shop)

About You

You are someone who:

    •    Is punctual, reliable, and productive

    •    Works well in a fast-paced environment

    •    Can multitask and stay focused (no standing around chatting)

    •    Has strong attention to detail and a good memory

    •    Is neat, tidy, and highly organised

    •    Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team

    •    Has a positive attitude and is teachable

    •    Is fit and capable of manual labour and heavy lifting

    •    Can organise staff when needed

    •    Is comfortable working alone most of the time

Skills & Experience

    •    Forklift licence (an advantage but not essential)

    •    Experience using a pallet jack

    •    Retail experience is an advantage

    •    Ability to manage stock efficiently

    •    Contactable references required
