About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Wait Person / Front of House Staff to join our Thai takeaway shop. This role is mainly focused on takeaway service, customer orders, and smooth daily operations, with occasional dine-in service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take takeaway & dine-in orders

• Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments

• Pack takeaway orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and drinks for dine-in customers when required

• Answer phone orders and assist with delivery platform orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)

• Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and service stations

• Restock takeaway containers, cutlery, sauces, and beverages

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures

• Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service

Skills & Requirements

• Previous hospitality or takeaway experience preferred (not essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail and accuracy with orders

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Basic English required

• RSA preferred (required if serving alcohol)

• Willingness to learn Thai menu items
