The Person

• Likes to do a job well and has an eye for detail

• Physically fit 

• Has basic knowledge about gardens

• Can communicate clearly and is able to work well in a team

• Is keen to learn and is able to follow instructions well

• Has a positive attitude with attention to safety and care

• Can work with minimal supervision and take initiative

• Well presented, reliable and punctual

• Previous work in Landscaping or Horticulture will be well regarded

The Tasks and Responsibilities

• Moving materials (barrow work, mulching, soil and stones)

• Working on ladders

• Pruning, hedging and trimming

• Landscaping, paving, lawn installations, welding etc.

Additional Requirements

• A Police Check will be required

• Current driver’s licence is needed

• White card may be needed 

• A drug and alcohol or medical screening by GP may be requested

Employment Conditions

• Casual

• From 1 day up to 5 days per week, hours 9-5:30pm

• Pay is competitive and will grow with the right person
