About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Townsville branch.
As a key member of our customer service team, your day-to-day will include:

Processing and entering customer orders efficiently and accurately

Quoting products and providing up-to-date pricing and availability

Following up on freight and delivery schedules

Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer enquiries

Maintaining a professional, friendly and solution-focused approach with every interaction
What We’re Looking For

Proven customer service experience (a must)

A bubbly, positive personality and excellent communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry

Confidence in handling freight enquiries and following up deliveries

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
